Shipping & Payment Policy
We ship Monday through Friday. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped, unless unforeseen circumstances cause a delay- in such cases, we kindly ask forย yourย patience.
A $15 shipping fee applies to all orders.
We recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery to monitor your packages directly. Please do not request tracking updates unless 5 business days have passed since you placed your order. (Note: weekendsย excluded)
Lost or Seized Packages
- If a package is marked as seized, we may offer a partial or full compensation, depending on the situation.
- If a package is lost in transit, we cover 50% of the loss.
- If a package is returned to sender and the address on the label is correct, we will not reship it.
- If a package is marked delivered, we cannot take responsibility for it.
Refunds & Replacements
- There are no refunds for canceled orders once payment has been received.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that do not meet personal preferences. Any discrepancies on product quality and validity should be trialed via a known test and the process documented and sent to us for a review.
